Originally from England, Tor Alexander has enjoyed great success in the modelling industry in the UK and Internationally. Specialising in Lingerie and Swimwear, Tor is a firm favourite amongst Glamour fans. Her career began in 2005, and she has since collaborated with many of the biggest names in the industry. She has been published extensively in Europe, North America and Australia. A regular in magazines, newspapers, catalogues and calendars, Tor has also graced front covers in the UK and Germany.Tor is available for Glamour, Commercial, Editorial and Beauty shoots. Currently situated in London, she is available for shoots across Europe and visits the US and Canada regularly (travel notices will be posted on this site). * TRAVEL NOTICE LOS ANGELES *31/10/11 - 16/12/11 27th November 2011 -An online shop selling Tor Alexander merchandise is now live, featuring a host of items for purchase. Calendars, 8x10 signed photographs, posters and photo sets are all available check out the link located through the new MERCHANDISE tab.26th November 2011 - Today Tor took part in a beauty shoot with prolific fashion and portrait photographer Barry Druxman. The shoot included two elaborate make up looks. The first was a glamorous, classic look whilst the second was avant garde. These shots will be available in the portfolio galleries shortly. 24th November 2011 - Following requests from fans, Tor now has a Wish list for those of you wishing to send gifts. It also includes her tips for those wishing to start photography and how they should approach booking and working with professional models.10th November 2011 - Tor was in Laguna Beach, Southern California today for a Classic Pin-Up photo shoot with Robert Alvarado. Check out the galleries for a preview of the shots.7th - 8th November 2011 - Over the next couple of days, Tor will be shooting in Downton LA and Hollywood with Mark Daughn, and will be featuring in his glamour photography workshop.5th - 6th November 2011 - Tor will be signing autographs and taking photos with fans at the Glamourcon Playmate Convention in Long Beach, California. Calendars, posters and 8x10s will be on sale as well as photo opportunities. Tickets for the event are available at http://www.glamourcon.com.5th November 2011 - Tor will be taking part as a Guest Speaker at a social networking and photographic industry Panel Discussion hosted by Mark Daughn. Other guests include Luana Lani and Ophelia. The Panel will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Long Beach between 1-3pm, and is open to industry and the public in the second floor ballroom.2nd November 2011 - Hot Tropix Portfolio Magazine 2011 has been launched, and Tor has been announced as their front cover model, as well as an extended pictorial feature inside the magazine. You can view the front cover in the tear sheet gallery, under the portfolio page. 31st October 2011 - Tor arrived in LA this afternoon, and will be available for bookings until the 15th December. * TRAVEL NOTICE NYC & PARSIPPANY, NJ *27/10/11 - 31/10/11 29th - 30th October 2011 - Chiller Convention- Parsippany, New Jersey.Tor will be attending the Chiller Horror Convention in New Jersey with her friend, the model Josie Lee. The convention will be running all weekend, with the infamous Halloween party being held on Saturday night. Tor will be dressed as Supergirl for Halloween, and will be available for pictures with fans.28th October 2011 - Tor was in Manhattan today to shoot for the front covers of forthcoming crime novels, which shall be launched next year. The shoot for Hard Case Crime was exceptionally fun, and involved retro 1940s styling, and 'Hitchcock-esque' sets, all shot in a beautiful loft studio. Hard Case Crime publish books for prolific writers of the genre including Steven King, and Tor will be featured on the front covers and promotional material for titles to be published in 2013.* TRAVEL NOTICE TORONTO *19/10/11 - 26/10/1124th October 2011 –- This afternoon Tor took part in a photo shoot for renowned artist and photographer Bruce Colero. The images from the shoot will be featured in Colero’s work, including his coffee table art books and calendar, due for release next year. 8x10 prints will be available for purchase from this site, and at future autograph shows.22nd October 2011 -– Tor will be walking in a Runway Show for designer Miss Viss in Toronto Fashion Week this evening. The show will be held at The Century Room in Kings Street. Look out for Tor on the red carpet, and modelling a range of Miss Viss designs, including accessories and jewellery, on the catwalk. 20th October 2011- – Tor was invited to the Zebra Publishing Studios to shoot for two of their forthcoming 2013 Calendars, after proving to be a popular model in a variety of their 2009 – 2011 publications. The new calendars will be available for purchase from next year. Tor has been invited to join Hef and the Bunnies at their Alice in Wonderland Party on the 24th June. Unfortunately, Tor has already been booked for that date and shall be at a photoshoot in the South of France. We would like to thank the organisers of this event, and hope to visit the Mansion at a later date.12th May 2011 - Tor will be making a public appearance for The Sun Newspaper this afternoon at the Sun Roadshow on the South Coast.26th April 2011 - The photos for the 2012 Tor Alexander Calendar have now been finalised and submitted to the publishers. We are excited to see the printed copies. Calendars will be available to purchase from this website.23rd April 2011 - Tor will be making public appearances this weekend to help promote the launch of WKD Purple. If you would like to meet Tor, she will be available in Canterbury this evening and Brighton tomorrow.17th April 2011 - Tor will be flying home from Miami this evening, after a very successful photoshoot in the Caribbean. During the ten day shoot, Tor modelled for Kamala Collection Swimwear, IONA Jewellery, the Hot Tropix Calendar 2012 and shot her personal 2012 Calendar. This was a wonderful shoot, travelling by Cruise Ship and shooting in an array of beautiful locations including beaches, rainforests, mangroves and jungle rivers in Aruba, Bonaire, Grenada, Dominica, St Thomas (US Virgin Islands) and The Bahamas.
